Bunny Ears

Had to send all of the folks back home some pics of little man and I thought I would have some fun with it and make him some bunny ears!

They were super easy and took about fifteen minutes!

If you want to make some all you need is:
*1 piece of Felt, color of your choice
*Modge Podge
*Head Band
*Blush
*Glue Gun
*Scrap Cardboard (cereal box etc.)
*Pencil

Start out by tracing your ears onto your srap cardboard...i used an old tea box.

Fold your felt in half and trace or pin your ear pattern to the felt. You want the base of your ears on the fold.
Like this:

Cut out your felt ears and apply blush (dont forget to pluge in your glue gun)**Dont get rid or your cardboard ear**
Ears should be ready to apply... But before attaching them to your headband you will want to cut a piece of felt about 1-2 inches wide to wrap your headband with

Hot glue to your headband like above and then go back and glue your overlapping pieces ((make it nice and cushy for your little one))
Now, to apply the ears to the headband...
Take your cardboard ears and modge podge it to the back piece of your ears.
Now, open your ears and place headband in the fold. Modge Podge your ears together with the bottom of your ear folded around the headband.
Now, (the reasoning for the cardboard) take a pencil and roll the top of your ears to appropriate droops.
Enjoy and pray like crazy your son doesnt hate your for this someday :)
