Thanksgiving in Missouri

Hello there! Have you been wondering where we have been? You probably guessed already, but we trucked it across the country to visit our families for Thanksgiving in Missouri.

It was our first time to go over eight hundred miles (one way) with the two little ones. They did great! Ally slept A LOT and brother and I played and snacked when he wasnt sleeping. He was a trooper, on the way there about half way through our journey he told me "all done" for about a hundred miles :)

We had a great time. But it went by SO FAST! Everyday we had somewhere to be and before we knew it, it was time to reload and head back South.

Cameron and I neither one were able do anything with our friends this trip and were bummed about that, but we are thankful for the good times we had with our families while we were there.

We were able to celebrate his mom's birthday with her as well as his grandpa's eightieth birthday with him. It is rare that we are actually "present" for someone's birthday so that was a fun treat!

We were also able to celebrate Weston's birthday with our families while we were there. We had him a little family party and it was so much fun, cant wait to share the pictures! I cant believe my baby boy will be two in just a few weeks!

So that is about it for me. We are all happy to be home! We got in yesterday around two a.m. and Weston woke up excited and ready to roll. He drug out all of his toys and ran around the house! Thankfully he was just as excited to see his bed once we all got settled in :)

I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving. Hard to believe it is time to start thinking about Christmas! I am pretty excited about though...especially since we have two little ones this year to share it with :)

Enjoy the rest of the pictures from our Thanksgiving! It was a great day for us with our families!

Ally and Weston's cousins are crazy about them :)

My niece Macy has a huge gift with babies and little ones. She was able to get Ally to sleep Thanksgiving Day and lay her down without waking her up!

Weston really enjoyed Grandma Tammy's rolls. He ate two :)

Time with family is great :) We went to Cameron's parents for Thanksgiving dinner, unfortunately I dont have any pictures...my arms were busy with a fussy little girl :(

Have  a great week everybody!
