This weekend

We had a wonderful weekend

Saturday Weston had a birthday party to go to :)

This was his second "friend birthday"

He had a ball

Pretty shy at first, but after snacks he opened up and ran around the yard and played with the rest of the kids

It was a super cute party and I am sorry I didnt take more pictures

Weston participated in pulling pinata strings for the first time ;)

As you can see Weston did not want to hold still for the picture

Much happier now that he can roam!!

Yesterday we for a hike in our woods

I was on a mission for wildflowers

Bluebonnets are blooming in our yard and there is a beautiful tree/bush with really good smelling purple blooms on it behind our deck!

You could say it is spring around here!

Cant believe he couldnt even sit up then and this year he will probably trample them all down!

Speaking of spring Weston is sporting some new duds!

He is wearing an outfit his cousins (Macy, Bailey and Annie)

gave him while we were home last time :)

He is calling Dadda (he does this all day long)

Everytime the phone rings he looks at me and says "dadda"

Such a big boy outfit :)

And here he is doing one of his favorite things, reading :)

He doesnt even need momma

And in case some of you are wondering, we will have a baby #2 update for you this week

We go back to the doctor on Thursday and have another appointment with a sonographer so hopefully we will have some pictures to share

Weston's 12 week pictures were my favorite of all :)

I am feeling pretty good and excited to start my second trimester!
